TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Judiciary (Rechtspraak) intends to enter into one national framework agreement with a specialized service provider that acts as an integrated partner in the field of home security and family security. The services are aimed at employees of the Judiciary who, due to their role or circumstances, face an increased security risk. The contractor must be able not only to advise on, supply and maintain security measures, but also to ensure monitoring, alarm response handling, guidance, advice, coordination and “special services” throughout the entire term of a security engagement. The estimated value of the Contract averages € 800,000,-- exclusive of VAT per year, i.e. €4,000,000,-- exclusive of VAT over a term of 5 years. To prevent the contractual maximum value from being exceeded in the course of the term and the framework agreement from losing its effect for the intended end of the term, we conclude the framework agreement with a maximum contract value of € 6,000,000,-- exclusive of VAT.
