TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement includes the provision of subscription support for the accounting software “WorkFlow” implemented in the Ministry of Energy, including the related modules, applications, databases and functionalities. The Bidder shall be the developer (copyright holder) of the accounting software “WorkFlow”, or authorized by the developer or an official representative thereof, a person who has rights for distribution (territorial distribution) and support of the accounting software. To certify the above, the Bidder shall submit with its technical proposal a copy of a document proving these rights, in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian.
