TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the present EU tender procedure, a bidder is to be found that introduces and operates, in a cloud environment, a standard workforce management software solution that is specific to the industry for grid operators, with the performance modules listed below. - The service module Service provider portal ("DL-PORTAL") comprises complete digital contract processing for external partners. This ranges from the scheduling-related allocation and provision of all contract information, through active processing of contracts, checklists and digital forms (including signature function), to documentation via photos and plausibility checks. Central synchronisation and access to relevant documents ensure that the data status is always up to date. The scope of functions also covers the entire grid construction life cycle and includes specific requirements for the phases planning, construction execution, surveying, quantities recording / invoicing as well as final project completion. - The service module Mobile processing ("MOBIL") enables field service employees to carry out work fully digitally and independent of location.
