Support for decarbonisation of the Wałbrzych subregion through thermal modernisation of public-purpose buildings in the area of the Municipality of Marcinowice under FEDS 2021-2027 – Thermal modernisation of the PSZOK building in Marcinowice The subject of the contract is the thermal modernisation of the building of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych) in Marcinowice located at ul. J. Tuwima 25, on plot no. 258/2, consisting in carrying out construction works including in particular: - thermal insulation of external walls, - thermal insulation of foundation walls, - thermal insulation of the ground floor, - thermal insulation of the ceiling, - thermal insulation of the roof, - replacement of existing window joinery, - replacement of existing door joinery, - replacement of the domestic hot water (DHW) system, - replacement of the heating system, - installation of a photovoltaic system on the building roof with a total capacity of 5.0 kWp, together with the installation of an electrical energy storage system with a capacity of 5.12 kW.
