Support for the decarbonisation of the Wałbrzych subregion through the thermal modernisation of public utility buildings in the territory of the Marcinowice Municipality under FEDS 2021-2027 – Thermal modernisation of the community hall building in Wiry The subject of the contract is the thermal modernisation of the rural community hall building in Wiry located at address Wiry 10a, on plot no. 112, consisting in carrying out construction works including in particular: - thermal insulation of external walls without existing insulation, - thermal insulation of external walls with existing insulation, - thermal insulation of the roof overhang/flat roof (stropodach), - thermal insulation of the ceiling above an unoccupied attic, - replacement of the existing window joinery, - replacement of the existing door joinery, - partitioning off a room for an electrical energy storage facility, - installation of a photovoltaic system on the building roof with a total capacity of 9.5 kWp together with installation of an electrical energy storage facility with a capacity of 10.24 kWh.
