TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is "Construction of a new inpatient block - relocation of the Gynecological-Obstetric Ward, Neonatal Ward, and Pediatric Ward to 45 Szpitalna Street." 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the design documentation constituting Annexes No. 2.1 to 2.3 to the Terms of Reference (ToR) and an Annex entitled: "Changes to the design documentation" containing changes to the design documentation along with the Admissions Concept. 3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are also included in the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Annex No. 7 to the ToR. 4. The contract is co-financed from the budget funds of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship within the framework of Grant Agreement No. DZ-IV-A/21/2022. 5. The Contracting Authority has not divided the contract into parts and does not allow the submission of partial offers. The subject contract, i.e., the construction of a new inpatient block - relocation of the Gynecological-Obstetric Ward, Neonatal Ward, and Pediatric Ward, has not been divided into parts due to the nature of the services and construction works covered by the contract.
