TENDER DESCRIPTION
WVW GmbH requires electrical energy for its properties and facilities. The dates for the termination of the existing supply contracts for the offtake points listed in the performance specification are set out in Annex B. WVW GmbH tenders the supply of electrical energy for the offtake points described in more detail below in an open procedure. The service is to be awarded for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029, with the option of extending the contract until 31.12.2030. The total volume is approximately 3.9 GWh/a in total without guarantee and without assuming a binding maximum or minimum offtake quantity. The contractually agreed price applies to an actual annual consumption quantity as the sum of the offtake points with registering capacity metering (purchaser group 1) and the tariff offtake points with standard load profiles (purchaser group 2) between 3.12 GWh/a and 4.29 GWh/a.
