Catching and keeping homeless animals in the shelter from the area of the Municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski in 2027 1. The subject of the contract is humane catching, veterinary care, keeping animals in the shelter, chip implantation, sterilisation, castration, disposal of homeless and animals deprived of care from the area of the Municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski and their transport to the shelter, and in cases necessary to a veterinary facility, within a period no longer than 4 hours from the telephone notification by authorised services, i.e. the Police and the Municipal Guard in Aleksandrów Kujawski, or employees of the Municipal Office in Aleksandrów Kujawski. The notification will specify to the Contractor the location of the homeless animal. 2. The parties to the contract implementation allow that the Contracting Authority has the possibility to deliver the caught animals directly to the shelter on its own. 3. The catching of an animal that has bitten a person and delivering it to a veterinarian for the purpose of observation must take place within a period no longer than 2 hours from the notification. 4.
