TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract are services commissioned by BGK involving the implementation and management of a Financial Instrument financing investments carried out within the territory of the Lublin Voivodeship, i.e.: the Loan for energy efficiency in the housing sector (IIT) and the Loan for energy efficiency in public utility buildings (IIT) (hereinafter referred to as: the Loan). Details concerning the type of projects that may be financed are included in the Financial Instrument Metrics constituting Annexes No 2a and 2b to the Draft Contractual Provisions (PPU) (Metrics). 2. BGK has been entrusted with the role of the implementing entity of the Trust Fund under which the above-mentioned Financial Instrument is envisaged. The basis for BGK’s activities is the Funding Agreement concluded between BGK and the Lublin Voivodeship represented by the Management Board of the Lublin Voivodeship, performing the role of the Managing Authority of the programme European Funds for Lublin 2021-2027. 3.
