TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract comprises services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument “Loan for renewable energy”. Details regarding the projects that may be financed are included in the Financial Instrument Metrics (the “Metrics”), constituting Annex No 2 to the Draft Contract Terms (Draft Contract Terms). The financial contribution from the Trust Fund (without the Option Right) includes providing services consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument “Loan for renewable energy” and granting Individual Loans with parameters specified in “Financial Instrument Metrics for the “Loan for renewable energy”, from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund provided by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 8,500,000.00, supplemented by the Contractor’s own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the procurement procedure (Financial Partner Contribution in each Individual Loan is not less than 5% of its value).
