TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for renewable energy. Details regarding the projects that may be financed are included in the Financial Instrument Profile (Profile) which is annex no. 2 to the Draft Contract Provisions (DCP). The financial contribution from the Trust Fund (excluding the Option Right) includes providing services consisting of implementing and managing the Financial Instrument Loan for renewable energy and granting Individual Loans with parameters specified in the “Financial Instrument Profile Loan for renewable energy”, from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund brought by the Ordering Party to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 8,500,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor’s own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the tender stage (the Financial Partner’s Contribution in each Individual Loan is not less than 5% of its value).
