TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan to improve energy efficiency in the residential sector and public utility buildings as well as the modernization of street lighting and the granting of Individual Loans with parameters specified in the "Financial Instrument Profile for improving energy efficiency in the residential sector and public utility buildings as well as the modernization of street lighting", from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund provided by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 26,500,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution at the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not less than 3%).
