TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 – includes the provision of services consisting in implementing and managing the Financial Instrument: a Loan to improve energy efficiency in the residential sector and in public utility buildings, and modernization of street lighting, and in granting Individual Loans with parameters specified in the “Financial Instrument Description for Improving Energy Efficiency in the Residential Sector and in Public Utility Buildings, and for Modernizing Street Lighting”, with the financial contribution of the Trust Fund provided by the Contracting Authority to the Sub-Fund in the total amount of PLN 26,500,000.00, supplemented by the Contractor’s own contribution in an amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not less than 3%). The granting of the Individual Loans is intended to result in an improvement in energy efficiency through achievement of indicators* specified in Section III(8) of the SWZ.
