1. The subject matter of the contract is: "Performance of a service consisting in carrying out the acceptance and assessment of the design documentation for the task entitled "Construction of the main passenger terminal together with the accompanying infrastructure" of the International Airport Katowice in Pyrzowice." 2. The Contractor’s duties and tasks include in particular: a) performing a service consisting in carrying out the acceptance and assessment of design documentation, b) transferring the economic copyright to the documentation produced by the Contractor. 1.
