1. The subject of the contract is: "Provision of a service consisting of conducting the acceptance and evaluation of the project documentation for the task entitled Construction of the main passenger terminal along with accompanying infrastructure" of the Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice. 2. The Contractor's duties and tasks include in particular a) performing the service consisting of conducting the acceptance and evaluation of the project documentation, b) transferring proprietary copyrights to the documentation created by the Contractor. 1.
