TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planned number of primary care specialist physicians and doctors to be trained in the form of stationary trainings in a given voivodeship, including as part of the option, for groups of up to 12 but not fewer than 10 participants each, in accordance with Part II, point 2 of the OPZ as specified in Chapter VIII, section 2, point 2.7 of the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes an appendix to the SWZ.
