SELECTION OF A CONTRACTOR FOR CATERING SERVICES FOR KINDERGARTEN NO. 106 IN WROCŁAW 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of group catering services at Kindergarten No. 106 in Wrocław, with its registered office in Wrocław (51-319), at 9 Sycowska Street, at the place of learning, consisting in delivering meals according to the instructions contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, for up to 125 and on average 105 children who stay in the Contracting Authority’s facility on a daily basis. 2. The estimated average number of meals served (over the entire period of the contract) is 24,255 meal sets. The actual number of meals provided depends on the attendance of the children on given days. The minimum daily number of dinners for which the Contractor is obliged to provide delivery is 10 sets. 3. The detailed scope and parameters of the subject of the contract are contained in the Detailed requirements regarding the performance of the public contract—constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.
