TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Construction of electric vehicle charging points and points for supplying aircraft with power from the network (400Hz) along with accompanying infrastructure" in the "design and build" formula, including the preparation of design documentation based on the Concept and other tender documents and the execution of construction works in accordance with the developed design. 2. The subject of the contract particularly includes: a) preparation of complete design documentation based on OPZ, PFU, and the Technical Concept "Expansion of energy infrastructure to prepare electric vehicle charging points at Katowice Airport" along with obtaining, on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, the checks, agreements, and opinions required by law, as well as permits, decisions, and other necessary documents to start construction works, in particular a final building permit decision; b) transfer of proprietary copyrights to the developed design documentation to the Contracting Authority; c) execution of construction works, obtaining the occupancy permit, and performing author supervision during…
