TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the service of cutting down trees and shrubs and their removal from the property located within the boundaries of the Strzebielino Forest District, designated for an infrastructure investment carried out under the so-called special act, i.e.: the Act of April 10, 2003, on special rules for preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311) – whose investor is the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, titled "Construction of a national road on the Lubiatowo – express road S6 section. Task 2: voivodeship road no. 213 – district road DP1455G". 2. The scope of the subject of the contract covers cumulative quantities of works in the scope of: a) timber harvesting and skidding, b) shredding of trees in plantations and young stands, c) cutting of undergrowth and saplings, resulting from Annex no. 2.A for part 1 to the SWZ. 3.
