TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is issuing an opinion on the suitability and motivation of the persons assessed to perform the role of a foster family and to run a family children’s home in the area of the Piła County (Powiatu Pilskiego). Under the contract, the Contractor will provide a maximum of: a) Part I of the task - in 2026 - issuing a maximum of 25 opinions on the suitability and motivation of the persons assessed to perform the role of a foster family and to run a family children’s home; provided that the Contracting Authority reserves for the Contractor that the number of opinions on the suitability and motivation of the persons assessed to perform the role of a foster family and to run a family children’s home depends on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The psychologist’s task will be to issue an opinion on the suitability and motivation of the persons assessed to perform the role of a foster family and to run a family children’s home in accordance with the procedure envisaged for the specified diagnostic tools.
