The subject of the contract is the execution of Stage I of the investment project entitled: "Construction of a civil defence warehouse – site preparation together with technical infrastructure for the erection of a warehouse hall on plot no. 284/5, cadastral unit Lelkowo". Construction works must be carried out in accordance with the final and legally effective building permit decision no. 93/2026 of 30 July 2026 issued by the Starosta of Braniewo County (Starosta Braniewski).
