TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is an investment involving the construction of two emergency deep wells for the abstraction of underground deep water in Sulęcin, together with the replacement of the fencing. The task is divided into two parts: 1) Part I – Execution of 2 emergency deep wells 2) Part II – Replacement of the fencing PLEASE NOTE – COORDINATION OF WORKS The works covered by Part I and Part II of the contract will be carried out in parallel, within the area of the same plot. The Contractors are obliged to continuously coordinate the works carried out, cooperate with each other, and agree on the organisation of the works to the extent necessary to ensure that they are carried out efficiently and safely. In particular, the Contractor is obliged to cooperate with the contractor carrying out the second part of the contract, with the users of the area, and with the representatives of the Contracting Authority, and also to take into account the schedule and the manner of carrying out the works by the other contractor.
