TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out updates to the design documentation for the thermal modernisation of the Primary School No. 46 building at ul. Kombatantów 2 in Bydgoszcz, within the scope and under the conditions specified in the Terms of Reference, including in Appendix No. 8 entitled “Description of the subject matter of the contract”. 2. For interested Contractors, the Contracting Authority allows participation in a meeting in order to view the location of the planned investment: on 16.09.2026 at 14:00. The meeting place is at the entrance to the Primary School No. 46 building. Participation in the meeting is not mandatory. The Contracting Authority does not plan to verify the documents necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 131(2) of the Public Procurement Law (uPzp)). 3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for granting the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (uPzp). 4. The Contracting Authority requires that security for the proper performance of the contract be provided in the amount of 5% of the total price stated in the Contractor’s tender. 5.
