Performance of analyses, studies and pre-investment documentation within the project “Development of the Energo-Babice Energy Co-operative operating in the area of the Stare Babice municipality 1. The subject matter of the contract is a service involving the preparation of analyses, studies and pre-investment documentation necessary to prepare and develop the Energo-Babice Energy Co-operative operating in the area of the Stare Babice municipality, in particular with regard to planned investments including photovoltaic installations, energy storage facilities, and a municipal biogas plant. 2. The subject matter of the contract will be carried out under a single contract and a single agreement, with a functional division into three mutually related Tasks. The Contractor is responsible for the comprehensive performance of each Task and for the consistency of all studies, input data, technical, energy, environmental, legal and economic assumptions. 3.
