TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to prepare the design and deliver equipment consisting of a set of display cases with contents, multimedia stations, and seating furniture under the formula “design, supply and install” as part of the project “Development of the EC1 Science and Technology Centre’s Offer in Łódź” financed from the funds FELD.05.01-IZ.00-0001/25. 2. The contract also includes performing the necessary installation works. All equipment must have all declarations of conformity required for the specific equipment and must be manufactured in accordance with the standards in force in the Republic of Poland and the European Union and be admitted to circulation in Poland. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including requirements regarding green public procurement (GPP), is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. A Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions offered meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 5.
