TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the design and delivery of equipment consisting of a set of display cases with contents, multimedia stations, and lounge furniture under the design, supply, and installation formula as part of the project "Development of the offer of the EC1 Science and Technology Centre in Łódź" financed from FELD.05.01-IZ.00-0001/25 funds. 2. The order also includes the execution of the necessary assembly works. All devices must have all the required declarations of conformity for the specified device and be manufactured in accordance with the standards applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the European Union and approved for sale in Poland. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including requirements regarding green public procurement (GPP), is provided in Annex No. 2 to the ToR. 4. A contractor referring to solutions equivalent to those described by the contracting authority is obliged to demonstrate that the offered solutions meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority. 5.
