Performance of laboratory tests in connection with the implementation of investment tasks The subject of the contract is the performance of laboratory tests in connection with the implementation of the investment task entitled: 1. Renovation of the poviat road No 1655W Kociszew - Budziszynek on the section from the town/city of Budziszynek to the town/city of Przyłom. 2. Reconstruction of the poviat road No 1618W Stara Wieś-Błędów. The quantity and type of tests are specified in Appendix No 9 to the SWZ LIST OF TESTS. The indicated quantity and type of tests for individual tasks are maximum quantities; the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of commissioned tests within the types of tests specified. The final value of the cost-estimate remuneration for the subject of the contract shall be determined based on the post-performance cost estimate approved by the Contracting Authority. The remuneration due to the Contractor for the services performed shall be determined as the sum of the products of the unit price and the quantity of tests performed and accepted within a given commission. The minimum value of the contract shall be 50% of the contract value.
