Performance of ongoing maintenance and renovation works in properties owned by the City of Oława Municipality The subject of the contract is the performance of ongoing maintenance and renovation works in properties owned by the City of Oława Municipality. The subject of the contract includes renovation, maintenance and emergency repair works necessary to keep them in a condition corresponding to the technical conditions of use in the managed housing resources and other resources constituting the property of the City of Oława Municipality, based on current orders. The quantity and scope of the works during the contract performance will be assigned in accordance with the current needs of the Contracting Authority. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
