TENDER DESCRIPTION
CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSE BUILDING FOR THE NEEDS OF CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENCE IN THE “DESIGN AND BUILD” MODE 1) The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled “CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSE BUILDING FOR THE NEEDS OF CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENCE IN THE “DESIGN AND BUILD” MODE”. 2) The task includes the design and execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a warehouse building with an office and social facilities component, intended for storing, warehousing, issuing, receiving, and for the conservation and operation of equipment, materials, furnishings and food rations for the needs of civil protection and civil defence, within the scope described by the Functional and Utility Program, which constitutes an attachment to these Terms of Reference.
