DESIGN AND BUILD OF A WAREHOUSE BUILDING FOR THE NEEDS OF CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENCE 1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "DESIGN AND BUILD OF A WAREHOUSE BUILDING FOR THE NEEDS OF CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENCE". 2) The task includes the design and execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a warehouse building with an office-and-social section, intended for storing, warehousing, issuing, receiving, as well as maintaining and operating equipment, materials, fittings and food rations for the needs of civil protection and civil defence, within the scope described by the Functional and Utility Programme, which is an attachment to this Specification.
