The documentation is necessary for the Contracting Authority to announce and carry out a public procurement procedure under the Public Procurement Law. Description of the facility: A detached multi-family building (so-called familok) located parallel to Przemysłowa Street and situated on part of the plot with number 987. The building was constructed using a traditional, masonry technology (solid brick) and was put into use in 1892.
