TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The scope of the investment includes preparing design documentation for the construction of a municipal road from the roundabout along Sienkiewicza Street (intersection of national road No. 16 with voivodeship road No. 521) to Wielka Żuława Island, together with the necessary infrastructure. The scope of the contract includes preparing the documentation together with obtaining all arrangements, opinions and decisions necessary to carry out construction works. 2. The aforementioned documentation must be prepared on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311) 3. OBLIGATORY SITE VISIT ON THE PREMISES BEFORE SUBMITTING BIDS 4. The Contractor shall carry out: 1) a design for permanent traffic organization; 2) a geotechnical investigation report; 3) an inventory of greenery; 4) a water-law (water permits) study together with obtaining a decision, 5) obtain an environmental decision if required, 6) divide plot(s) if required 7) obtain the ZRID decision 5.
