TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The scope of the investment includes preparation of design documentation for the construction of a municipal road from the roundabout along Sienkiewicza Street (intersection of national road No. 16 with voivodeship road No. 521) to Wielka Żuława Island, together with the necessary infrastructure. The scope of the contract includes the preparation of documentation along with obtaining all arrangements, opinions, and decisions necessary to carry out construction works. 2. The above-mentioned documentation must be prepared on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311) 3. MANDATORY SITE VISIT ON THE PREMISES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN OFFER 4.
