Execution of design documentation and construction works (design and build formula) for the task “Renovation of the parking surface along with development of green areas at ul. Rembielińskiego” The subject of the contract includes preparation of design documentation and performance of construction works (design and build formula) for the investment titled “Renovation of the parking surface along with development of green areas at ul. Rembielińskiego” (Task A4). The planned investment consists in designing and constructing stormwater management structures within the area of part of the “A” catchment area within the City of Płock by applying elements of green-blue infrastructure. These solutions are primarily nature-based, combined with the development of urban areas. The main role is played by green areas with rain gardens, retention flowerbeds, as well as numerous sealing breakdowns in existing surfaces that increase infiltration into the ground while simultaneously reducing runoff to the sewage system.
