TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.3. Contracting Authority’s requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract: The Contractor undertakes to carry out the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the description included in the SWZ, the contract and in accordance with: a) the functional and utility programme constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ b) the conditions resulting from applicable technical regulations and the Construction Law; c) the requirements resulting from applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and related regulations; d) the principles of sound technical knowledge and established practices. When carrying out the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall purchase all finishing materials necessary to carry out the said task on its own, within the costs specified in this contract.
