Preparation of design documentation for modular container laboratories at Willowa Street 1) The subject of the contract is: Preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the following scope of planned works: construction of modular container laboratories at Willowa Street. The scope of the contract also includes preparing the necessary studies and arrangements as well as obtaining the required decisions, opinions, permits and administrative consents. The procedure also includes submitting an application for a building permit. The design should take into account ongoing arrangements. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Appendix No 1a to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) and in the attachments thereto. The components of the subject of the contract that must be provided to the Contracting Authority are indicated in § 2 of the contract template constituting Appendix No 6 to the SWZ.
