Preparation of design documentation and performance of author’s supervision for the task entitled: “Modernisation of DP 1913E Ujazd – Wolbórz together with traffic calming elements.” 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the task entitled: “Modernisation of DP 1913E Ujazd – Wolbórz together with traffic calming elements.” The contract includes the preparation of design documentation for the task and the performance of author’s supervision up to the acceptance of construction works carried out on the basis of design documentation prepared by the Contractor. 2. The subject of the contract specified in detail is described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
