Preparation of design documentation for an underground shelter 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete, multi-discipline design-and-cost estimate documentation for the construction of an underground protective structure in the form of a shelter of resistance category U-1, intended for no fewer than 500 persons, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, connections, and site development. 2. The shelter must be designed in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 4 November 2025 on the technical conditions for protective structures and the technical conditions for their use and siting, hereinafter referred to as the “regulation on protective structures”. 3.
