Preparation of design-and-cost estimates documentation for the project entitled: Construction of a water supply network in Lubatówka, Iwonicz-Zdrój commune 3.1. The subject of the procedure is the performance of the task entitled: “Preparation of design-and-cost estimates documentation for the project entitled: Construction of a water supply network in Lubatówka, Iwonicz-Zdrój commune”.3.2. The scope of the contract includes designing a water supply network together with connections and the necessary fittings (utilities) in accordance with the scope presented in Appendix No. 9 (concept of technical solutions) to the SWZ. The attached concept of technical solutions may not be the subject of claims by the Contractor against the Contracting Authority in the context of additional services. The project must include all households located within the development area.3.3.
