„Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej dla zadania pn.: „Dojazd do działek budowlanych w rejonie ulicy Odrowców” wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego (jako opcja)”

The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract start date: On the date the Agreement is signed.
• End date/Duration for design and cost estimate documentation: The work related to the development of design and cost estimate documentation must be completed within the period specified in the Contractor's offer, but no longer than 6 months from the date of signing the Agreement.
• End date/Duration for author's supervision: The author's supervision activities for the subject of the order will commence from the date of submitting a declaration to exercise the option right or the date specified in that declaration. This will not be earlier than the date of concluding the construction works contract with the contractor for the "Access to building plots in the area of Odrowców street" task. It will continue until the final acceptance of the construction works for that task, but for no longer than 48 months from the date of signing the Agreement.
• Estimated period of validity: The estimated period of validity is 6 months.
• Key milestones/phases:
• Completion of design and cost estimate documentation.
• Performance of author's supervision activities.
• Final acceptance of construction works.

• Insolvency or liquidation proceedings: The contractor is subject to bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings.
• Arrangement with creditors: The contractor has entered into an arrangement with creditors.
• Similar insolvency situations: The contractor is in another situation similar to bankruptcy resulting from a procedure under national law.
• Assets managed by a liquidator or court: The contractor's assets are managed by a liquidator or a court.
• Suspension of economic activity: The contractor's economic activity is suspended.
