TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract comprises services related to the preparation of design-and-cost estimate documentation, together with the performance of author’s supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation that is the subject of this contract. The adopted description of the subject of the contract constitutes a preliminary assumption that may be modified. The subject of the contract (each of its parts) includes the performance of two tasks: a. Task I – including the preparation of design-and-cost estimate documentation together with obtaining a building permit, in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ, the terms of the contract and the remaining procurement documents; b. Task II – performance of author’s supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation that is the subject of this contract. It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to construct a water reservoir on a watercourse by filling the depression(meadows), forming an embankment/dike, and dredging the ditch.
