The scope of the contract includes: 1. preparation of three multi-disciplinary design-and-cost-estimation documentations based on the guidelines contained in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” and obtaining three separate building permit decisions, taking into account the division of the pedestrian and cycle path into three sections, i.e.: 1.1. Section I: Zemborzycki Reservoir - footbridge in the vicinity of Nadbystrzycka Street, 1.2. Section II: footbridge in the vicinity of Nadbystrzycka Street - footbridge in the vicinity of Kąpielowa Street, 1.3. Section III: footbridge in the vicinity of Kąpielowa Street - Zawilcowa Street, 2. provision of author’s supervision during the execution of construction works on the basis of the documentation prepared under the contract.
