TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is for the Contractor to prepare, for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the expansion of Voivodeship Road No. 876 over the section from approx. km 7+080 to approx. km 16+060 in the scope of construction of a road for pedestrians and cyclists in the Municipality of Tarczyn. The subject of the contract also includes, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, obtaining the permit for the implementation of the road investment and providing author’s supervision over works carried out on the basis of the developed documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the SWZ.
