Preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation for the sanitary sewage system in the Nieporęt – East area – Phase II The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation for the sanitary sewage system in the Nieporęt – East area, including the catchment area of pumping station 1B, 1D, 1F, in accordance with the updated concept for the sanitary sewage system in St. Stanisławów Pierwszy, Izabelin and Aleksandrów in the commune of Nieporęt, prepared by GWK Sp. z o.o. in 2025. Phase (Part) I – preparation, submission and acceptance of complete Design-and-Cost-Estimation Documentation and submission of a complete application for a building permit or making a complete notification; Phase (Part) II – obtaining and handing to the Contracting Authority the final decision on the building permit or bringing the matter to an effective notification.
