Performance of design-and-cost-estimate documentation together with conservator’s documentation (...) in Świnoujście (Part II of the procedure) The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of complete design-and-cost-estimate documentation together with conservator’s documentation for the superstructure, redevelopment and change of the method of use of the water tower located in the North Basin in Świnoujście, on plot no. 122/56, cadastral district Świnoujście 7, at Jachtowa Street, as well as the provision of author’s supervision under the option right. The aim of the contract is to prepare documentation enabling the conversion of the existing water tower to a cultural and tourism function, in particular the function of a viewing and exhibition tower, as well as obtaining or preparing documents necessary for the required arrangements, permits and decisions, in particular the permits of the competent voivodeship monument conservator and decisions on the building permit.
