Preparation of design-and-cost estimate documentation along with performance of author’s supervision – Part 7 The subject of the contract is the preparation of a construction design (architectural-and-construction and engineering/technical) and executive design (all trades/industries), together with obtaining the necessary arrangements and permits (including a building permit / notifications of works not requiring a building permit – if necessary), along with the Technical Specification for the execution and acceptance of works and an investor’s cost estimate.
