TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1. Reconstruction/expansion of ul. Podmiejska in the town of Wola Zambrowska, Zambrów municipality. The road length to be reconstructed/expanded is approx. 0.250 km. The scope of reconstruction/expansion of the road is presented in Annex No 11 to the SWZ. The reconstruction/expansion of the road is intended in particular to:• construct an asphalt carriageway (or with paving stones) width 5.0–5.5 m,• construct a surface from asphalt concrete with minimum thickness of 9 cm,• construct shoulders from broken aggregate,• construct a one-sided sidewalk,• construct storm sewerage,• construct street lighting,• reconstruct/remove network collisions/interferences — if necessary.The scope of the contract includes preparation of complete documentation for issuing an ZRID decision or a building permit or notification of construction works, including 5 copies of construction designs, 5 copies of executive designs, 3 copies of the execution and acceptance specifications of works for each branch/industry, 3 copies of the approved project for permanent traffic organisation, 2 copies of bill of quantities, 1 copy of geotechnical documentation, investor cost estimates, and tender cost…
