TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: Preparation of complete design documentation for the following tasks: Task No. 1 – Construction of a sanitary sewage system in the town of Borowiec. The scope of the task includes: 1) preparing a project design concept for the route of the sanitary sewage system network, along with presenting system solutions economically beneficial for the Contracting Authority, taking into account both the costs of implementing the investment and the subsequent operation of the system. The Contractor is required to optimize the route of the sanitary sewage system network in terms of technical, economic and operating considerations, taking into account minimizing construction costs, network length, the number of pumping stations, and the costs of later maintenance of the infrastructure; 2) preparing complete design documentation for the construction of the sanitary sewage system network; 3) designing sanitary sewage connections to plots for which a building permit has been issued or for which an effective notification of construction works has been made.
