TENDER DESCRIPTION

2.1 The subject of the contract is to perform the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations together with energy storage systems from renewable energy sources on parts of the high attic of the Ministry of Finance building under the design and build formula; 2.1.1 The subject of the contract includes: 2.1.1.1 preparation of Project Documentation in the scope of: 2.1.1.1.1 the Technical Design; 2.1.1.1.2 the Architectural and Construction Design; 2.1.1.1.3 the Site Development Design – if required. 2.1.1.2 Support of the Contracting Authority by the Contractor in the scope of: 2.1.1.2.1 administrative proceedings before MWKZ at each stage of obtaining a decision permitting the performance of works; 2.1.1.2.2 administrative proceedings before BAiPP at each stage of obtaining a building permit decision; 2.1.1.2.3 at each stage of obtaining the decision agreeing the solutions adopted in the Project Documentation. 2.1.1.3 Supply, installation and effective commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation, in accordance with the Project Documentation and the decision permitting the performance of works.
