TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: Construction of the municipal road ul. Bugaj in Starachowice. The scope of works includes: preparatory works, demolition works, construction of the carriageway surface from asphalt concrete, adjustment (regulation) of underground network devices, and finishing works on the plot of land, e.g. no. 20, cadastral district 0001. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the bill of quantities, the technical specification for execution and acceptance of construction works. Facilities created as a result of the performance of this contract are intended for all users, in particular to facilitate mobility for persons with reduced mobility. The Contracting Authority does not require, but provides for the possibility for the Contractor to carry out a site visit before submitting an offer. Due to the fact that the contract includes works in publicly accessible areas, the Contractor may conduct the site visit independently.
